Thermal Inspection Services
Infrared Thermal Inspection or 'Thermography' can be used today to benefit most industries. All thermal image inspections are conducted using the state-of-the-art, industry standard, ThermaCAM™ P65 from FLIR Systems. We have listed here some of the services that we can offer.
Routine Predictive Maintenance Contract
Thermal Image Inspection Services can set up six monthly or annual routine maintenance contracts to help your company keep its equipment running and free of expensive breakdowns. Routine inspections are useful in building up a history of equipment and plant, and help towards planned maintenance evidence for clients and certifying authorities. Ad-Hoc Consultancy Service
Thermal Image Inspection Services are available for Ad Hoc works such as pre purchase surveys of plant and equipment. These surveys can pick up problems or faults which may only surface at a later date and be costly to repair.
Detailed Analysis and Reporting
Whether you have a Routine Predictive Maintenance Contract or we provide you with an Ad-hoc Consultancy Service, upon completion of the Infrared Thermal Image Inspection, we will discuss our initial findings with you. Where the findings might be interpreted as dangerous or even life threatening, for example the Failure of High Voltage Electricity Transformers or Fatigue of a Building Structure etc, then we will provide you with a recommendation of remedial action as a matter of immediate urgency. Thereafter, we will carefully process and analyse the data obtained and provide you with an accurate detailed report. To provide you with as rapid a response as possible, the report is normally supplied to you electronically in either a Microsoft Word or PDF format, by email, or on a CD. We then provide you with a coloured hard copy print out of the survey, normally within two to three working days.
